MISSION

We believe that together, with hearts as one, we can give the love of Father God and provide a better future for our kids. Besides our children, we work with our neighborhood and other villages of Maputo’s district. We minister to poor children and families in a village called Catembe and we also do outreaches in Maputo’s theaters to young people. We have a big truck and we travel doing outreaches for many cities in Mozambique.

About Machava

Machava Arco-Iris Centre, located near Mozambique’s capital city, is home to around 100 children, 8 missionaries and 30 full and part-time staff.
Our center is a big home - everyone works as a family giving love and support for our almost one hundred children. We work hard to make this place the best place in the world for our sons and daughters who live here. Our center includes a church, care for children and youth, primary and elementary schools, beauty salon, sewing room, music classes, ballet classes, bakery.

These were days of joy and ex...
