The fields are ripe for harvest!

“Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭126‬:‭5‬-‭6‬ ‭

How could we possibly thank the Lord for all He has done?
Our base has been able to watch seeds being germinated. We have perceived the fields ripe for harvest and we praise the Lord daily for everything He is doing.

The school reinforcement in Acari slum has progressed. God has sent us some wonderful, faithful tutors to help the kids!
The work with the mothers of these children has also been strategic to reach the families in there. Little by little, God has opened doors to new areas in the slum and we have been able to make new friends and connections among the people there!

The work with the homeless in Pavuna has advanced daily, manifesting the Kingdom of God and His righteousness through the care of these men and women, giving them the opportunity to hear and experience the transformative gospel.

In the slum, Complexo do Alemão, we held another dental care event with the ministry, “Sorriso na Missão” this month.
The prayer room in Complexo do Alemão, that we hold every Saturday, has been a place of miracles! It is truly a place where the presence of the Lord is palpable and has drawn struggling addicts, men and women who are seeking for healing and refuge.
The discipleship with the children has advanced and some of these kids are now coming to the prayer room!

We are extremely privileged to be planted in Rio de Janeiro in this time- a time where the love of many has grown cold.
We have had the opportunity to announce the truth and manifest the Lord’s love!
