It is always a challenge to choose what to share in these updates because the Lord is constantly doing so many incredible things! We continue to see the body of Christ growing in unity and number each month. One of the greatest miracles is watching lives and marriages restored and transformed! No one can do this but Jesus!

The last few months, we have seen powerful testimonies at our base in the mountains of Nicaragua. Each week the gospel is shared in power and love at hospitals, in the streets to the drug addicted and in impoverished communities, including the trash dump community. Healings and miracles take place and many seeds are planted as people hear the Good News and experience the love of Jesus through His children and through encounters with His Spirit. One of my favorite testimonies from this past month in Matagalpa is the elderly that have been reached with the gospel. There is a group of women in their 70’s and 80’s who can not read or write and they had never heard the gospel before. They received it like children and have been walking miles and miles each week to our ministry house so they can hear more of the Bible read to them and so they can worship Jesus with us. Praise the Lord!

Several of us spent 10 days living on the island of Ometepe in Nicaragua to preach the gospel and encourage the other believers living on the island. We saw the Lord touch many lives and set many people free. Several people were born again and we have open doors to come back and continue ministering on the island. Please continue to pray for all the Lord is doing in the hearts of the people there.

Myself (Kara) and one of long term missionaries, Carol, were invited to go to Israel and Jordan for 2 weeks last month. It was a life changing trip to the Middle East where we got to serve the Jews, Muslims and Arab people. We connected with many ministries there and we were able to spend time with Holocaust victims and members of the persecuted Christian church. The Lord is moving mightily in the Middle East like never before and it was a huge honor to be on the ground there to experience the move of God that is happening.

I love getting to share what the Lord is doing through our ministry and I pray that each of you are encouraged. I also pray that you are experiencing the same miracles, transformations and fruit that we are seeing. Whether you are a stay at home mom or whether you work a 9 to 5 job, you are standing on your own personal mission field. We are all called and uniquely gifted to manifest the Kingdom of God on the earth as ministers, disciples and lovers of Jesus. If you are desiring to know Jesus more or to see more fruit in your life, please shoot me a message and I would love to chat. Thank you all for your constant support, prayers and encouragement over each of us and all that the Lord is doing in Nicaragua. We are so grateful for each of you and you are in our prayers.

With love and big hugs,
Kara
