About Sierra Leone
Praise God He does indeed save us from the pit and revive the spirit of the lowly and the heart of the contrite. In His presence is truly fullness of joy. Praise and glory be to God! At Iris Sierra Leone we have churches, a children’s center, meal program, secondary school, vocational training, outreaches, and discipleship.
Outreach
Our teams spend as much time as possible out in the community sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. We visit prisons, hospitals, and neighborhoods shining light in the darkest places.
Church
We currently serve three growing churches where we gather together corporately each week and host small group discipleship classes with new believers.
We also plant new churches when we are invited by communities and this gives us the opportunity to expand our discipleship reach.
Secondary School
Education is a tangible way to transform a child’s life and by extension, an entire nation. We are doing our small part by providing a secondary school for 68 students.
