Iris Harvest School of Missions - A New Breed of Missionaries

God is calling His sons and daughters to GO into ALL the earth, that His house may be full! Iris Harvest School of Missions is preparation for harvesting the nations. For this purpose, Iris Global is offering this international, missions training intensive. We invite you to come and be trained on the field. Live, love and learn from the poor:

  • Be trained by Heidi and Rolland Baker and other international ministers and missionaries
  • Extended International outreaches after the school that last from 2–4 weeks
  • Go on evangelistic outreaches in local bush areas
  • Gain an understanding of how to minister cross-culturally
  • Get practically equipped for the physical challenges of third-world nations
  • Live with a company of abandoned, holy and whole-hearted lovers

There is a new breed of missionaries being released across the earth, transparent saints with hearts beating in rhythm with their Bridegroom King Jesus, carrying His glory across the earth. Fearless, laid-down lovers who know a love that has no boundaries and are ready to run into the darkest places of the earth—lavishing love on the lost, the dying, the poor and the broken. Jesus came with constant love for both the one and the masses. Now we must do the same: stop for the one, but believe for the multitudes.

From Jerusalem to the Ends of the Earth

Rolland and Heidi are excited to announce the plans for Harvest School 31 - From Jerusalem to the Ends of the Earth! The school will travel together to two locations, starting in Africa, then traveling to Israel. Due to visa complications in Mozambique we will not be able to have the school in Mozambique this session, but we will have the opportunity to go on outreaches into different areas of Mozambique during the school. We know that God is sovereignly guiding our steps as we are spending much time in prayer over each location. We are trusting Him with all of the details and know it will be an amazing adventure with our King! Heidi is excited to spend time with us and we are expectant for what Papa wants to pour out in the nations as we travel “from Jerusalem to the ends of the Earth.” We look forward to meeting you in October.

Because of the uniqueness of this school, Harvest School Alumni are also welcome to apply.

We will combine teaching, worship and spiritual impartation with everyday application to ministry among children and the poorest of the poor, both in towns and in the remote villages of the African bush. During the week (Monday-Thursday), we will have classes and on the weekends we will have the opportunity to participate in practical missions that include ministering to the least of these in hospitals, prisons, local villages and the garbage dump. Several teams each week will travel to the countryside on overnight outreaches to local villages to share the Gospel. We are also excited to send teams on outreaches to Mozambique and other African nations during our time in South Africa. The African people are hungry, the harvest is ripe and the Kingdom is breaking forth.

After Africa, the next destination will be God’s Holy Land of Israel. We will begin our experience like Moses at the burning bush with “Fire in the Desert”, with 3 days of worship and prayer in the desert. Come journey in the land of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the land of our heritage. The Bible comes alive as we walk where Jesus walked, in the very places where biblical stories were birthed. From baptisms in the Jordan River, to the waterfalls of Ein Gedi, to floating in the Dead Sea, to camel rides in the desert and watching the sunrise over the Negev, each day will be its own adventure. This is a time for you to receive God’s heart for Israel and His covenant people and to understand His plan of redemption from a biblical perspective. Come, be taught by Heidi and Israeli leaders and join in worship and intercession throughout the land. You will leave forever marked to carry the heart of God from Jerusalem to the ends of the earth.
