October 2020

Written by Lloyd Windon

As COVID restrictions set in, we sought God, and He provided the vision. October was beautiful! The adversary is suffering loss, the Spirit of God is moving, and we are witnessing a transformation in His church as believers are maturing, enjoying Christ.

This month began with the Weavers in Tete, Mozambique, for a provincial meeting and to launch a discipleship program that is enriching the body of Christ. The Windons started the month off by pioneering an unreached area while funding and overseeing the construction of a hand pump well for the village of Chiadeia. Join with us in prayer as we see an unreached, unchurched area receive the Gospel.

There was lots of traveling to minister in the bush churches in all three provinces responsible for serving. Dramatic healings and deliverances followed the preaching of the Kingdom throughout the bush. Crippled knees, hips, and chronic pain healed instantly as words of knowledge were released in faith. Demons were evicted as His disciples walked in authority. Years of torment, decades of enemy’s investment bankrupted when the Spirit of the living God and His anointing broke their yoke of bondage. Tears of joy were evidence of the freedom as God’s children walked in a fresh experience of His peace. In Beira, a once devout practicer of Islam gave her life to Jesus as she attended a Christian church for the first time.

The Widows Ministry is progressing as we set up a day once a week, so they are nourished with fresh teaching and blessed by the Comforter. Testimonies of healing pour out as Tawnya and Haley minister under the anointing of the Holy Ghost.

We have an extraordinary life to share with you this month, Narna, a woman brought to our attention by God. We found her sleeping in a bathroom in the bush, with two small children. Narna has suffered a great deal of pain with an open sore and tumor for two years over her right temple and eye. The sore was rotten and larger than an adult hand covering most of the right side her head. We rescued her, allowing her to stay on base while she received medical treatment. She has since been diagnosed with cancer and already HIV positive, but we believe in a total miracle and a full recovery. The Windons built her a new house on land she owned, so after her release from medical care, she will have a home! Partner with us in prayer for her miracle.

We are excited as we embark on to November with fresh vision and anointing to accomplish the assignment. Big things are ahead as we close out this year successfully. We should have our first well to provide clean, safe water to a village in the bush, discipleship groups operating in every district with groups of 10<, full itinerary to minister every week, and our stopping for the one. God is Glorified in his saints.
