Harvest School Student's Testimony-Part 2

Written by Lover of Jesus

On Thursday we visited a lady who had pain all over her body and had suffered from blood loss for years. Every month she needed care and a blood transfusion. She spent all her money on medicine to help her cope. We prayed for her and she took off her clothes because she became so hot that sweat started running down her body. During the prayer we laid our hands on her and she said that this is the first time she could be touched without feeling pain, and that she usually screams with pain. She could now move without pain. We shared the Good News with her.

Then we visited a lady, a woman from a polygamous family. She felt something moving in her belly. She told us that after the laying on of hands she felt like ice inside her and from that moment on she no longer felt any pain. Thank you Jesus!

Finally, we visited a military woman called Sia, who had many painful memories. We comforted her and when I took her in my arms she burst into tears. She said she had been trying to come to church for a long time, but something had stopped her. After prayer she was able to join us at an Iris church meeting that same evening.

On Friday morning, we were driving to the market to go shopping for Children's Day. As we walked Mama Sia told me about the experience she had had that morning when an angel of the Lord had visited her to tell her that her request was granted. She explained to me after that God had told her "An angel of healing is with you now and I send you to pray for a paralytic. " At that time we were going to the market, then as we were near to Mama Sia's uncle’s house, she decided to go and visit him. When we got there, her uncle was not home. Then she saw one of her nieces and remembered that one of these sisters was really sick at her uncle's place. Mama Sia said, "Let's go and pray for her." In her room, we found that the woman was paralyzed. As soon as we entered the room, the presence of God was very strong and we felt fire. We prayed for her very intensely and I felt electricity in my hands. We were completely led by the Spirit, then the woman, after months of not being unable to move, got up from her bed and started walking to the living room and then onto the balcony. She was healed! Glory be to God Almighty !

Saturday was the feeding program in the village. In the morning, we prepared a huge meal of rice, cassava leaves and fish for the children in the village of Sanoyah. In the afternoon we shared this feast in joy with more than 300 children! Of course, the songs and dances had a reason! We bless the Lord for this wonderful moment in His presence.

On Sunday we went to worship by motorcycle taxi! Brothers and sisters of the church testified of the miracles that Jesus did in their lives and we rejoiced all together by dancing before the Lord.
Madame Sia, the military woman and Japhar came to church with us.

On Monday, we stayed at home sharing moments of joy with the children and in the afternoon we prayed with all the family and pastors of Iris ministry. We interceded for Guinea and Sierra Leone. What a communion and what joy to be so united in the spirit.
